Domino's Pizza

Great and friendly staff at this location 😊. They always make me feel welcome. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town, but there's usually a spot available around the back. Some nights the area can be a bit crowded with people who've been out drinking, but they're generally a good bunch of people.

Not to slam this Domino's, but intending to get headquarters attention. I recently tried to order a carry out pizza and get my tip back for the next order. All advertisements say you can use multiple discounts but the web site is so inconsistent and very difficult to navigate, and let me say the pizza wasn't good, it just was easier to never eat at Domino's again. Sadly, this was a redemption offering as the last time I ate from Dominos the garlic knots were dried out, flavorless and crusty. I was hoping to try them. Not at over $10, I won't. Warning: don't buy a 3 toping hand tossed at full price (over $21). It was so sparse with any toppings and flavor, it wasn't even with the promo $7.99. And once I tried to cash out, that same promo pizza charged me $8.99. It's all a scam to get money. Got me once, shame on me. Nope. Won't order a Domino's again.

I will never use this dominos again. I placed an order through the mobile app. I placed my order around 7pm and said it will arrive to me by 7:40 at the latest. 7:40 came and the order said it was still being prepared. I tried calling the store to see if there was an error. I reached a call center, not the local store. I explained to them what was going on. I was either on hold or on the phone with call center for roughly 40 mins no luck. At this point it’s about 8:10 and my order finally says it’s being baked. I tried to cancel the order numerous times by this point. While on the phone with the call center they attempted to call the store, no one answered. While on the call center I was watching the driver make its way to me as I told them to cancel the order. Finally the order got to me by 8:45. I declined the order because the above. The driver then began to tell me they had 4 people call in. 4 people in one shift!!!!!!! That’s bad management, “my opinion”. Still is no excuse to not answer the phone, you are a business. The next day I see I’m charged for the order and the tip. I did not sign a receipt or anything. I called the store and spoke to a nice lady and told me all of this was unacceptable and that she will refund the order, and credit me so I would continue to use dominos. A week later, no refund, no credit. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. This is fraud and you guys are horrible. I will never order from dominos again. All of this for a mediocre pizza!

I don't know if its a training issue or a lack of knowledge but i have gotten horrible pizza the last three times the first two times my pizza was overcooked (burnt) so this time i decided to order a pan pizza. Well a pan pizza should have toppings to the edge and no crust but the outter 2 inches of my 2 pizza's were sauce and topping less. This issue needs to be fixed or you will continue to lose buisness. For the money you charge for 5 dollars worth of ingredients i should at least get a properly made pizza i hope you can fix this issue.

Placed the order online in the morning, no confirmation, no order number but the card was charged. Scheduled delivery time came and went. Called the location, they were brutally unhelpful in addition to being rude. Ended up calling corporate who were equally unhelpful. Will be disputing the charge through the bank because they are unable to offer a refund. Avoid.
