I've been giving this McDonalds benefit of the doubt messing up my order, but how are you going to mess up my order 3 times in a row? I go here for breakfast maybe once a week and order the same thing every time: - a Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle combo - add Bacon How do you guys mess that up every time I've gone the past 3 weeks? 😂 I always end up receiving a Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddle WITH NO SAUSAGE, every single time. I get that this is an entry level position, but the staff on the order packing line at this location needs to sharpen up a bit. Don't get me wrong, the staff is extremely friendly, but a constant wrong order can ruin an experience.

Drive thru line on Thurs night at 830 was backed up til the entrance-with 2 lanes this is a 30 min minimum wait! I chose the to-go app instead and ordered online. It said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later and 4 other cars had come picked up theirs and gone. I finally got my food and checked my bag to find I was missing two sandwiches. This happens a lot! I went to the door and continued to knock until someone came because they covid lock the dining room now. Showed them my bags and explained I was missing 2 sandwiches from my order. They did ask me to come inside while they fixed the order and offered a complimentary item. The entire experience order to return to car took 45 minutes

I ordered a McDouble and 6 piece chicken nugget. The restaurant was SUPER busy but did have a steady steam going in and out of the drive thru so I decided to do curbside pickup. IT TOOK ALMOST 10 MINUTES AND THE FOOD WAS LUKEWARM AT BEST. I have never waited so long for a simple order like that EVER ... didn't order fries, a drink, a desert, nothing extra just the 2 items... Next time I'll just wait till I get to 72nd st to visit McDonald's

drove into lane one. order not taken in lane one. she just kept taking lane two and ignored me. so I drove to the first window. i was asked if i ordered a two cheeseburger meal. I replied no you were not taking order in lane one. she shut the window and refused to talk to me at all. Drove second window and asked again if I ordered the two cheese burger meal. before I could answer I was handed the meal. So we drove off and ate them going home. True story.

Complete idiots working here. Nothing new. We stopped going here years ago because of the issues getting our order right. Uber eats twice and both times got our orders so wrong. We are done with this place will never go here. And before demanding more money next maybe you all should learn how to read and get orders right!
