I went there after taking my son to the hospital. The lady at the drive-thru was nice. My food was fresh. On a Friday morning around 6:30 a.m.

Whoever owns this franchise location must suck big time. They have so few employees they had to close the whole restaurant just so they could have breaks. That doesn't happen in a place that pays well or is managed well.

"dining room is open for take-out orders" is the biggest lie when the door is kept locked. If you're not going to bother staying open, then don't advertise that you are open. It's incredibly misleading.

Went back again ordered through app drive-thru closed. Waited they finally opened food was not good. Was very disappointed. Fast food is not for me.
Today was the best I've had from this particular JIB in a while. The NEW rooster fries was amazing and the NEW bacon cheesy jack burger was on point. Everything was good except, they couldn't do the millie meal. Guess you have to order it through the app. Which sucks because I wanted to try the NEW chocolate croissant. I KNOW would've been BOMB. For real. 4 stars because they've messed up before......
