Taco Bell

I order from here very often and usually my order is given to me 100% correctly, the same way I order it. I placed a mobile order yesterday, picked it up, and went home as usual. After I opened the orders, some items were prepared the way I ordered, several items were not prepared the way I ordered them. I immediately called them and spoke with the manager, Ashley, who assured me if I came back they would fix it. I went back and Ashley took my order and prepared it herself. I was very pleased that she took the initiative to prepare the order herself to make sure it was correct. Thank you very much Ashley, you set an excellent example of what great customer service is and how a manager should handle issues for a customer. I went back home and the food Ashley made for me was perfect!

look, I'm a night person, I get breakfast burritos before I go to bed, like, 10 at a time so i can have more throughout the week. This place opens at 7, it's great. Velma is extra lovely and is the opener for the drive thru and overall makes this a good end to my night (day?) asking for extra nacho cheese on your burritos is worth it, promise.

Service was poor,staff isn't that friendly. And if you correct them about your order they try to go out of there way to make sure that they know that you're wrong.i watch this same staff roll there eyes at a man who just need help with using the order borad in side because there Registers weren't working. For brand new taco bell they have along way to go Especially with the staff

This taco bell is the worst! I ordered food on their app, and they didn't have any of my order when I arrived. The $15 charge still went through. Ok no problem. I reach out multiple times... no response. Finally I get an envelope with tickets for 3 free items. Ok that's fine. I go this morning and order myself a burrito and a $1 Hashbrown patty for my daughter. Guess which one they have me for free. Ugh! Every single time I've been here, it's something.
