Kfc

Food was good, place was clean, staff were nice, but prices have gone through the roof. I won't be going back (to any KFC) until the economy gets back to normal. I can't afford to feed a whole family here. It's just chicken . . . The parking lot at this location is small and a little dangerous. There is no drive-thru here either. They do have self pick up shelves on the front counter for paid app orders and delivery drivers, which I thought was cool.

May 8: 2022. I ordered a 4 pc meal with medium drink as I did before some time ago. This time I got a leg, a thigh, a biscuit, and the most hated mac-n-cheese. And was charges $26.80. After a rather unpleasant phone conversation with a man sporting a 'mid eastern accent' was told I would receive $16.48 refund. I think I got through to him demanding a $26.80 refund, he said he would take care of it, and that I should have my reimbursement in five to ten days. We shall see.

Staff: Less than friendly. I placed a LARGE order at 330 for a 5pm pickup. App notification said would be ready at 520. Then said it was ready about 515. I go inside to sit down and wait my turn (about 15 min). Customers clear our and there is no food in window or being prepped. People head on break. I say I am here for order for Faith "oh honey we have not even started that order" This is at about 535 when they begin my LARGE order. I politely say that the app said it was ready. I will gladly sit and wait. I am 100% no confrontational. He then goes on a tangent about how they can't prep the order until they get it and he just got it. (I know he didn't I saw it on the screen the entire time I was sitting there with my name on it) He kept an attitude making more and more comments about how he couldn't cook it when he didn't have the order. I was remaining silent. After he again approached me for 3rd or 4th time while I was filling my drink and was going off I had to inturrupt him and ask him to be quiet and leave it be. I told him he was lieing because the order was placed at 330. That I didn't want to hear anymore unsolicited excuse. I just wanted my dinner that I ended up getting 30 minutes after I was told it was ready for pickup. Food: Okay... Over cooked a few tenders, biscuits were hard, coleslaw was soup, (1 full cup of liquid in bowl when done eating) Fried 1 of 2 was cold other hot. Sandwiches were PERFECT! & Strawberry Lemonade was DELICIOUS!!!
