Mission Bbq

Definitely one of the best tasting BBQ yet! So delicious and flavorful. The spices were perfect and the sides were so good you could eat them by themselves. I had the savory brisket with the cheese potatoes, perfectly seasoned green beans, some fresh coleslaw and of course it wasn’t complete without the yummy 🤤 cornbread! And wait for it… perfect, warm, so southern-ly delicious peach cobbler! I hope you #enjoy every bite and save some room for seconds because I sure didn’t and I was so hungry I didn’t think to take pictures 🤷🏻‍♀️sorry! Maybe next time because their pulled chicken looked just as delicious 🫢.

We used Mission BBQ to cater our wedding reception and the experience from start to finish was exceptional! The food was amazing; we got many compliments on the meal we provided our guests. The staff were kind and professional and were great with attention to detail. We were hosted for a very generous tasting in the beginning of the booking process that we weren't expecting. The pricing was fair and portions at the event were great.

Okay, Prime Rib is for Steak Houses? Riiiiiight…..I had the prime rib because I’ve been wanting to try it. It wasn’t a Bern’s Steakhouse experience, but it wasn’t $74 either. I was most interested in how much smoke they could get into the meat without overcooking it. The Prime Rib I was served was Smokey and cooked as “spot-on” as “spot-on” can be for $14$ piece of “medium rare” beef. I am a Happy Camper-AGAIN! Thank you for your service Mission BBQ TPA-where many of the employees have been there for 6 years or longer! Thanks to Mission BBQ corporate for your continued support and respecting those who have served and those who still serve the USA! Kuuuudos!

Great first experience. The staff were very welcoming. I was offered samples off the menu. I ordered the brisket meal that comes with corn bread and opted for the combo with a side Mac and Cheese. To my surprise a dessert was included. The food was delicious with ample serving sizes. I was greeted a few more times while I ate to make sure the meal tasted good. Craig stood out in particular and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be returning.
