Cepas Wine & Tapas Bar

My parents and I had a great time at Cepas tonight for my parents’ anniversary. We tried the vegetarian paella and some taps and it was the best pella I’ve had in a long time. The service and environment was great at well, and even though it was very busy, our server Borna was very attentive and polite. We will definitely be coming back!

The tapas were great. We got the rioja sampler, oxtail croquettes, some empanadas, tortilla, and octopus. The oxtail croquettes were to die for. I didn't have a bad thing honestly. Would like to come back to try the paella. They have a decent selection of wines to choose from various parts of the world, which were fairly priced as far as wine bars go. The atmosphere was great inside and made you forget you were at the end of a strip mall. I will definitely be bringing my wife back for future date nights.

Stopped in on a Wednesday night for happy hour and it was great! Food and wine were on point!! Had the mini Caprese, ceviche, and the charcuterie sample platter, which were all delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Borna, our server, went above and beyond. I would recommend getting there early as it was a packed house by the time we left. Definitely will be going back!!!

Lots of gluten free options here, all absolutely delicious and shareable. Even the flatbreads are available with a cauliflower crust; we highly recommend the serrano ham one. Also wonderful: the champiñones al ajillo, piquillos rellenos, pulpo a la gallega. But the absolute best were the oyster ricoto shooters, they were AMAZING!!

I had the crab croquetas and oh boy were they delicious, the sangria was awesome and what can I say about the maxorata and cabrales cheese plate, I am a cheese junkie and I enjoyed those two so bad that I wanted a second, third and fourth round of it if I could, great atmosphere, friendly service, I enjoyed my afternoon while reading a great book and enjoying yummy food!! Thanks Cepas I will definitely come back!!

Such an awesome find, I was visiting on work and happened to cross this on google. Great happy hour with lots of tapas options, wonderful $4 house wine and an amazing sounding dinner menu. Wine menu was extensive and organized well with the regions and varietal of each wine clearly labeled. Lots by the glass to try and some decent bottle prices. There was a flyer in the window for a tasting of the winery we got engaged at and instantly signed up to come back in a few weeks. Can’t wait til we’re moved into the area and can enjoy more often!
