I just stopped in for lunch and had Jeremy as a waiter. So kind, funny, and checked in with every table consistently. I wish every restaurant had Jeremy on staff because I would request him everywhere.

Best sushi place in Tampa. I recommend sushi burritos and any of the specialty rolls. The manager Brooke is an incredible person, we love her.

Kelp sushi is the best sushi in Tampa. I 100% love my food every single time I come here. Highly highly recommend! Make sure to go during happy hour (3-7pm every day) to get an awesome deal on rolls and appetizers.

For several years, I’ve sought the scrumptious items at Kelp! They might be demurely tucked away in a plaza, but the freshness of their menu items bursts with flavor. It’s a sensation for your taste buds. The atmosphere is quaint with a steady take-out business. No need to go to a bigger, mainstream place. Well, you can so my friends and I can dine there without any wait. 😅

I never dined in before that's why I couldn't give a star but let's start with delivery I love the food but twice now it's not been up to part. I had hard rice before not enough Wasabi now it wasn't enough spicy tuna. But over all I love it the crab ragoon Is amazing...

Honestly, exceed expectations. I was here on a date that went well, thought it may have been placebo effect, came back again and it was the best Sushi I'd had in Tampa! Fair price and quality, staff is excellent. Hope you enjoy like I did. Taste like the best days I had in Hawai'i.

Excellent place. Found this place on Google search. The server was great, friendly, and very attentive. The food is excellent and at a reasonable price. Will visit again.

Came in for lunch, had the seaweed salad and the sushi burrito. The seaweed salad was a large portion for only $4.99 and tasted great. The burrito was on special for $11 and was fantastic. Everything tasted very fresh. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Not only is the sushi incredibly good and fresh but the prices are the best I've seen in Tampa. I came here 3 of the 4 days I stayed in Tampa and I loved it every time. The servers are so sweet and attentive, shoutout to Chris! It's a very tiny restaurant which makes it great for a special night out or dining alone like I did. Absolutely recommend.

Craving some sushi, this is a good place to try. I got spring egg rolls for starter, which wasn’t as crunchy as I would have liked them. Then for sushi we got the fire tornado which I really enjoyed due to the flavor and the spiciness. We also tried the Honolulu Sunset, it had more of a coconut very light taste. This place doesn’t have many tables to seat people, I think I counted maybe 8 tables. So I wouldn’t recommend big groups unless you decide to reserve first.
