The Soho Backyard

Like most places in Tampa, this place is kinda small. Flavor here - however - was huge! I got the Brisket Sandwich on Texas toast with asparagus. The BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side. My friend got the chicken parm sandwich; she loved it. One critique she had (and I agree) the truffle fries could’ve used a but more truffle oil. Service was fast considering the fact that for a while there was only one person working the entire bar. The range of beers they had were acceptable. Menu was limited and it was hard to make a selection, because everything looked so dang good.

Thank you to Soho Backyard, Jonathan and the chef for an amazing experience. I have eaten there many times and their food has always been consistent, high quality, and most importantly delicious! That is why when I was planning a birthday party for my significant other I contacted them to see if they would accommodate me in my request for an extra extra large order of sliders to go. They knocked it out of the park. The sliders were the hit of the party- thank you to everyone at Soho Backyard for their hard work in helping make party planning easy and tasty!!!

The staff here is amazing and beyond attentive to anyone’s needs. From the fabulous and beautiful Haley to the King himself Jeff, I never worry about my time here being anything but above and beyond. The cooks are also extremely hardworking and ensure your quality is never compromised no matter what you order from Chef Brandon, Chef Destiny and Chef Tyler, everyone is just so welcoming and wonderful.

Nice little local spot, very reasonable prices. The brisket sandwich is ridiculously good. Bartenders were friendly, and low key. They said they have happy hour with 2.50 beers from Monday to Friday, not sure about the weekend. Full bar, with mixed inside and outside shaded environment. It's pretty small with an electronic Dart board. I will be back for the food and reasonable prices!
