Pretty consistent and great location other than giving me no ranch and the wrong drink. The 3 times I'd been to this location, it was solid 👌🏽. Nuclear sauce seems far less spicy, not sure if it's changed recipe but not the thing that is in this locations hands. Just an observation.

Walked in for an online order.. no customers in store.. not one employee greeted once they saw I was picking up order.. I even paused at the counter to give opportunity for engagement. 👎🏾

The drive-thru staff are patient, kind, and recommended the white cheese curds... DELICIOUS😋!!!!
The young lady (didn't catch her name, but remember that she had long beautiful eyelashes!), she was working in the evening around 7 pm on Thursday night. THANK YOU so much!! And of course, the chicken is too die for as well!!! 😁

Finally took my first trip to Zaxby's, and did not disappoint! The Signature club with spicy is great! Definitely better than typical fast food, and certainly a nice alternative to Chick-fil-A. I look forward to my next visit! This location was very quick and clean. 5/5

Absolutely love this restaurant. We rarely make it over to Tampa, and we were in the area because he had an appointment. We were wanting to go through the drive thru, but it was too long so we ate in. They were out of Cole Slaw, so they let him get extra fries. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean and the decor they have is funny and family friendly.

For the most part, this Zaxby's will get your order right and the food will come out at the right temperature. But there have been times they've either forgotten something, or made a mistake like adding grilled chicken to a cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad when the order on the receipt even states the opposite. Out of all the Zaxby's closest to me, this one is our go-to spot. We typically eat to-go, so I'm only basing my review on the typical drive-thru scenario. I have no idea what it looks like on the inside, but on the outside everything appears clean.
