Food is good as expected from a national chain. I was surprised at the good quality of service from The Young employees. This is a breath of fresh air as most national chain fast food restaurants have young employees with a I don't give a $#!+ attitudes. The dining room is definitely ready for a makeover.
That did not stop me from enjoying my meal.

I love this location. They stay busy, but the workers are always very nice. They run out of a lot of bagels earlier on which makes sense. So make sure you go before 11 just in case.

I'm not a bagel person, so I bought a turkey cheddar bagel sandwich and it was good. My partner loves their bagels and bought a half dozen. My complaint is the sandwich was small and so was the drink cup. For 3 bucks I should get more than a flimsy water glass.

Had a great experience here at this location and the customer service was excellent. Not only with me but I was working inside here for a little bit and just hearing how Gabriel and the other associates were treating the customers and it was excellent service. Gabriels work ethic was great and he was constantly doing something. The girl he was working with also had great work ethic

I forgot to write a review but I went yesterday and omg the new burrito was bussing and so was the coffee. The bagels where soft and it was perfectly cooked. Also the service was amazing and outstanding. I found a new hangout place

First time I ever tried nova lox bagel was here and while very different from my usual breakfast choices, it was very good and my tummy was happy for the healthy choice. Great place to stop by if in the area.

This Einstein‘s has come a long way in the past couple of months. I have been taking my boys every Friday morning for breakfast since 2017. We had issues for months and I had decided that it was our last Friday at Einstein’s and we were going to find a new restaurant for our Friday tradition. Then Gabriel took over! He is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Thanks Gabriel, you saved our Friday tradition.

I love a good breakfast bagel and this is my go-to place. The service is quick and the quality food is delicious. They have a drive-through at this location which is very convenient but you can also dine in. It can be easy to miss when driving down Dale mabry especially if it's on the right hand side. I think mostly because the sign is blocked a bit.
