Mcdonald's

This McDonald's has a lunch crew that is on point. Your food is being handed out the window as you pull up. Always accurate. Always fast. It is this specific crew though (evening crew, not so good unfortunately). Occasionally they will have another drive through crew there that is good but not nearly as fast. I will be getting the names and complimenting them Too many people only report the negative. (I was there 8/7/23 around 1:15 pm if someone from corporate or the managers at this location see this) . This crew is great!

I've eaten at this location a handful of times and a few of them the food has been sub-par and I never complained but My most recent visit I had to complain I placed my order and they had me park. So I waited a good ten minutes and got my food, I only live 8 mins from McDonald's when I got home my fries were ice cold my hamburger was cold and the bun was hard like a rock. So when I called to complain the manager was very apologetic and told me she would replace my order. I was shocked as normally they tell you to contact corporate.

I do online mobile ordering and select that I am at the restaurant when I’m 3 minutes away. By the time I get to the window, my food is hot and ready. They do forget dipping sauces from time to time so I have to ask but overall 5/5 stars based on it being a McDonald’s which is obviously not a 5 star restaurant but they meet all the quality standards to make them a 5/5 service level.

Drive-thru is very efficient but when you get to the delivery window, you better check what they put in your bag because I've been there three times in the last 8 days and twice they handed me the wrong bag. Both times I had definitely less items in the bag than I should have so that was why I new to check them on it. I actually put my hand in the all three bags to confirm that my items were correct and on the two bags that they were not, I handed them back to them and they did not throw them away so I assumed they handed it to the customer. Makes you want to scratch your head on that one.
