I called the Clerk of the Courts office today to determine if a document was recorded by an attorney I recently retained. I spoke with Laura. She was an exceptionally friendly and helpful individual that took the time to guide me through seeing the document online, that was recently recorded, but not viewable unless one knew how. She never made me feel rushed and answered every question I had. Additionally, I only had a short hold time (about three minutes) before speaking with Laura.
