"Best pub food in Tamworth." Everyone I've spoken to says the same thing about the Calala Inn. Their portions are large, so if you clean your plate you may want to wait a few days before writing your review. The staff are amazing. We had a blast and they made our family gathering feel like a party. Great menu, excellent beer selection, and well worth the trip from any part of Tamworth or the New England region.

We had been told by a few people that the food was good and today we decided to try ourselves. First of all, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We ordered our meals and they came out quickly. The food was delicious and the serves very big . We couldn't fault anything about our first visit and have decided a second visit is definitely coming up soon. It's so good to know you have a decent place to visit when you wish to eat out. Thanks to all staff 😊

Very friendly, helpful staff and an all round great venue. While I would have preferred the meal to be a little hotter, it was nonetheless absolutely delicious. Great sirloin steak accompanied by vegetables cooked to perfection. Thanks 😊.

Well presented, staff really doing a fabulous job completely off their feet. Food and sweets were well received but a little on the expensive side for families.
Maybe a kids deal that includes icecream etc.

A little bit off the beaten track this pub had a nice ambience, friendly staff and a good patronage.
The roast lamb was great but Keno, sucked ! 😃
