We had a good experience at The Penny Black in Tamworth! After an afternoon of shopping, we popped in for a bite to eat and easily found a table and were quickly served at the bar. We enjoyed watching the football game while savoring two rare steaks cooked perfectly, a mixed grill, and three delicious fudge cakes. The food was served promptly and tasted great. I recommend this place for good food and efficient service.

After a day out nearby we found this place for our evening meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and served with a smile, all staff were super friendly and very welcoming and helpful.

We came here to watch the women's England v Columbia quarter-final game. We decided to have breakfast and a few beers whilst watching the game. Having not eaten in here for many years, we were really surprised with how great value the food was. We both ordered full English breakfasts and for the money we paid, felt that you couldn't beat it!
Great experience, I just wish that they would improve the toilet facilities!

Always a beautiful and nice experience coming here , the staff is super nice and friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. The drinks are plenty especially the cocktails that are served in 1L jug in a certain day i don't remember the day but you always find good deals 🥰🥰
