The salmon crusted salad with citrus dressing was absolutely amazing. Very fresh and light, but filled you up! Fantastic service! Beautiful scenery and ambiance. Some of the best wines in the Temecula Valley Wineries.

This was an easy 5-star review. The salmon Caesar salad was so yummy. We liked the friend artichoke hearts. Make sure to get the raspberry cheesecake too. Chairs could be improved a little, but overall great food and a great first experience

Pasta is excellent. Shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Paired with their Chardonnay, my lips are happy.

So we live in Temecula and it’s hard to find places to eat on the weekends that don’t have 2 hour waits, especially in the wineries that are packed with tourists. I’ve actually never been to Carol’s but we decided to give it a try and we loved it. Didn’t have a wait which could be a bad sign but it was so nice to not have to deal with the hustle. It’s not all trendy and has a medieval character to it. Hostess/server was perfectly sweet and attentive. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. We enjoyed some live music and cozy outdoor patio seating. I would definitely recommend to locals who haven’t already stopped in.

Food is amazing. Prep is a little slow but didn't mind one bit bc the singer, Sandy, was so amazing. What a range! Great music selection and beautiful voice. Wonderful ambiance. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and generously portioned. An absolute must when in Temecula.

It's weird that you can't order a single glass of wine at the tasting room but you can at the restaurant. But other than that it was pretty good.

Carols is the best. Classy inside with nice fire place and a tremendous patio with live music on Saturday. Ask for Marla, tell her Bandit sent you!!
