I really appreciate the level of service, professionalism, and quality of food at this In N Out! Victor C. and Diana are just two of many great employees who provide great service! Today, February 8, 2022 at 337 pm, I had a pleasant conversation with Victor about his outlook on his job. He really loves it and truly cares about those he serves. Diana was great at passing the food to me and ensuring I received my order correctly! I’m definitely coming back!

Very clean,staff were nice,service was quick,and the food was fresh and hot. The best thing I can say was that one of the people in my party, left his new I phone there,the service was not even on,so the couldn't call him. We drove home,in the next town before he noticed, and used anothers phone to call the restaurant...they not only found, and were hoping the owner would return....they were happily excited that he called. That's a great staff. He has his new phone I'm glad to say

No bacon burger?!?! Only 3 choices to choose from. My first time ever. Would prefer to go to Wendy's! Was not a fan, sorry! You can get sauce for it. Looked & tasted like thousand island dressing.

I think they were too busy, even though it was only around 4pm. They got my order wrong, I ordered two burgers, both with grilled onions, they got one right, the other had jalapenos instead of onions. I HATE spicy/hot food, so that was an unpleasant experience. Then the CO2 in the drinks was off, it tasted flat to both of us. I don't normally frequent this location, I normally go to the one off Los Alamos. I will be avoiding this one in the future. But the employees were really nice.

This location is very slow. I always go to the one at hwy 79 and they are quick and super busy I been waiting in the drive thru for about 20 mins now and still don’t understand we move at least ever 5 mins🤦🏽♀️. Only reason why I came here is cause it’s close to my job and have great customer service but they are really slow.

The food itself is amazing I just had an issue with my gift card that took a good 10 minutes, apart from that great customer service.

Simple classic burger! Definitely eat here at least once while in California. Be sure to check out the secret menu online before you go if looking for something a little extra.
