This is a not to be missed spot in Vail Headquarters, nestled near Kohl’s on the 79 in South Temecula. Perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Also a great spot to put together a truly unique and fun culinary gift basket. Their retail features, spiced honeys, unique olives, truffle oils, flavored salts... amazing!

What a quaint off-beat hideaway right in the middle of South Temecula! This whole area - the Vail Ranch Headquarters - is a large family-friendly area with games and fun places to eat. One of those places - Chef Flavor - is where we ate tonight! Solid food, service and ambiance. Everything was very good (however - all items slightly on the spicier side and everything a smidge too salty) - - there is no Diet Coke or Coke products of any kind so if you’re a Coke fan, you can grab one at the Pizza joint next door, which is what we did - but taste of food was very good. potato salad off the charts good! We would go back and we would recommend

Great place for lunch. Great outdoor seating options with a view of the grass (park?) area. If you have kids you can see them clearly From any your seating. Place is also dog friendly. If outdoor seating is not for you, they have tables inside as well. Food is great. Just the right portion size. They have a big beer selection here. They even have beer on draft. Wine options too. I highly recommend this place, can't wait to go back and try other food options

The food looked so yummy I forgot to take pictures!!! Top recommendations: Korean short rib sandwich (get the potato salad... just trust me), roast beef sandwich, and crab cake! Great little market inside with wine, fine seasonings and gifts! Loved the ciders and flavored beers!!! Highly recommend Lindemans raspberry beer!!!

I used to love this place. I have no idea what happened. Randomly closing for vacation, remodeling, or odd hours that never matched up with what was posted online and every time I tried to call, no answer. I tried to visit for lunch a few times because my daughter had been asking, and they were closed every single time. We came in for dinner tonight and it was nice seeing the remodel, but service has changed and the food went downhill. The modified grilled cheese I ordered for my daughter was basically an expensive ciabatta roll and the burger I ordered was all salt, and it was too messy to pick up. Also, we are now picking up our own food from the kitchen? What if some random person walks up to the open area and sneezes all over orders? Seems unsanitary. That combined with everything else will keep me away. It's a shame, it used to be so good.

If you like a Reuben and don't go to this place, you are cheating yourself. And, the garlic fries are delicious. Then you can wash it all down with a nice cold one. They have a surprisingly nice selection of beer and wine. You can sit outside and enjoy the air. It has a nice small town or farmers market vibe going on. A great place to relax on a sunny weekend and the kids have plenty of grass and space to stretch those legs out.
