Deliciousness! Very simple concept. There's a menu board right when you walk in. Step 1, 2, and 3. You can even warm up your cookies and brownies if you choose. Everything tastes really fresh. The cookies and brownies are moist and soft. Variety of toppings to choose from. Good flavors of ice cream. There is only but a few chairs to sit on. So most likely you will have to take your treat to go. The store is clean. Friendly service.

One heck of a sugar fix! Had some tasty ice cream on a warm brownie with heath bar chunks on top for good measure.. Cost me 7 bucks. Price point is okay. Only thing I'd change is perhaps using less sugar in the baked goods since the ice cream is already pretty sweet. I'm kinda looking for that sweet/salty contrast to come through a bit more. That's mostly a personal preference I suppose.. Totally try this place, your sweet tooth will thank you!
