Symonne, was not just nice, but so helpful and accommodating. I drove all the way down from Cave Creek to pick up 10 chickens and she had them in the oven waiting for me. Not only that, but she helped me take them out to my car. Sometimes I wonder how employees do not understand work ethics anymore, or even how to work. As I watch people standing around, and the manager or the owner of the franchise does everything, and in this case it was the same. I always found that the more I did to stay busy, the faster the day went. Like pick up a broom, spray cloth to clean the tables, and greet people when they come in the door, that’s not asking too much. BECOME A TEAM! Thank you, Symonne you cooked my chicken perfectly and I had a successful party. I WOULD RECOMMEND

I really liked the Boston Market I went to in Scottsdale. I was happy to see this one in Tempe with plenty of nice seating(including booths)and fast service with great quality food. I had the new Thai Garlic sweet rotisserie chicken which was perfectly tender, flavorful and juicy. I rate it best rotisserie chicken I've had in Arizona! My sweet potato side was also the best I've had of that category. The Manager, Simone, told me she made it and she's a great chef as well as manager. I was very impressed. Prices are very reasonable for the above avg. size servings and fine dining quality served fast. Boston Market is about a block south of Southern Ave on the left side of McClintock going south. Highly recommended.

So pleased with this place. The two employees I interacted with were awesome! Very helpful even when I was confused about what to order and didn't know if I wanted to stay or take it to go. They were nice and the food was great. We had rottiserrie chicken, Turkey, potatoes with gravy and sweet potatoes. I got stuffed and we will have leftovers. The price was really nice for all the food we got. The service was fast the store was clean. A great alternative for a quick meal.
