Applebees In Tempe Arizona

I'm not a huge Applebee's fan but I decided to give it one more try. We went to the ASU Tempe location and they are a lot better at this location than my local one. The hostess was welcoming, the manager came over and chatted with us, service was quick and food was delicious. I ordered my usual house Margarita, with the house nachos and it was delicious. I'm glad i gave it another shot but will be returning to this location specifically.

The bartender was attentive and energetic. Food was good but the service the bartender gave was nearly perfect! The waiter for the section we sat in was rude and it upset my friend. But when the bartender saw that my friend was clearly becoming agrivated he swooped it and dramatically improver the experience. Wish I could remember his name because he is the only reason I would choose to go back to this Establishment.

Hi, I don’t know why People is not giving a good review!! It doesn’t make sense! It’s the best staff ever.. I love them all.. I wish Natasha was a server. She always smiles at customers faces. I like the mangers there too.. also the bartender Mike and Kyle, they will take care of you every time you go there. Frank is the best manger you can have. It’s really great staff! As far as service goes, I've had good and bad experiences. Whenever I come in during the afternoon or midday, the service seems to be lacking. Though they never seem to be too terribly busy. However when I have recently gone there around 10-11pm, the service has been decent (especially given our group they've been accommodating has been 8+ members each visit). The food is not overly exciting, but it is good food in terms of the price and time it takes between order taken and receiving. Four stars due to the fact that they are really good to our large groups and it doesn't seem to ever take too long.

We had a great experience and we will be back again. Alex assisted my wife and explained how we could get a better deal with some specials and that saved me not only money but it allow for me to get more. We were introduced to Frank one of the managers and he was very nice. We loved the experience and will be back. Thank you Alex and Frank
