Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili’s offered a break in the day, a good sized restaurant offering both eat in, bar services and takeaway food options. The menu has changed since I last visited sk j tried the brisket bbq burger which was good. Taste with the bbq and ketchup sauce was a little overly sweet for my taste but the burger and brisket was good. It comes with fries in a small (by American standards) container that didn’t leave waste and didn’t force me to over eat, which was welcomed. I paired this with a peach ice tea. Expected it would include refills but that was never offered. Service was generally good, each booth and table offered a console to view menu and pay, however it wasn’t immediately obvious if never used before and the staff soon came to offer help and take the order. Service was fast and good and staff were helpful and friendly. Located across the road from the mall it offers a change when the mall gets busy. Worth a visit and the menu change was welcomed.

Haven’t gone to a Chili’s in years and was pleasantly surprised with the healthier options they have. Pictured here is the Caribbean salad with shrimp and it was divine! 10/10 and I’m a health conscious eater! Server was attentive and helpful. If you haven’t been here in awhile you will be happy you came!

We were able to get in with no wait. Our server (forgot their name) was quite polite and helpful when it came to suggesting what to order when we were indecisive. The food took a bit long, but it was great. Our server did a great job at entertaining us (while also tending to their other tables) to ease us through the wait.

We arrived at about 1:30pm on Mother's Day and we had no wait time. They took our drink order within 5 minutes of us being seated and the meal order was taken within 15 minutes. The only issue was they put in our food order before the appetizer so we got our meals before the appetizers. All the food was cooked well and tasted great. Service was excellent.

Worst experiences ever. Go to Carson. Update: 10/2021 there are 8 tables seated, 20 something empty tables, and a 30 minute wait, which turned into an hour before we left. No bartender working on a Sunday during football season? What in the world is going on and how does this get better if management nor corporate don't even respond to bad reviews? I wonder if corporate knows how poorly this location has been run for the past two years. The last 6 times, we have left for various reasons, and yet we kept going back because it is my son's favorite. Tonight's debacle may have sealed their fate on us never returning. Don't post that you are open for dine in until 11, if at 8 something, you're going to start turning dine in customers away. You have a near empty restaurant with 3 tables occupied, and you can't open the other side and accommodate all the customers you turned away? Ridiculous. Don't use Covid as an excuse--it's been a year. Figure it out. We used to go at least once or twice a week with a party of 5, and we will try never to go back.

We went for a special they advertised in an email. Unfortunately, they were out ☹️. We ordered something else but were disappointed. Service was good, friendly, we were seated right away. Waited a little while for our server but once he came by he was attentive. Had a little problem with the machine on the table & paying our bill, server assured us everything was fine, hoping so!
