I stopped with my husband to get coffee and it was as usual open, didn't take too long to get it, the coffee was hot and we were on our way. We always thank the employee for being there and say have a good day with a smile. They are doing us a great service to be working with the public and exposing themselves to so many people and we appreciate them.

This review is on this specific location. Went through drive thru and asked for fresh fries. I guess when you ask for them to be fresh and they have a bunch of old in bin, they double fry them to "WELL DONE". Look at the receipt. Why would they put well done? So they don't waste anything. And yes, they were hard and dried out. I tried one. We had groceries so it wasn't worth the wait to have them make over or refund. (Note: their triple cheeseburgers are 50 cents cheaper than their double cheeseburgers.)

Literally the most worthless mcdonalds I've been too. They got my order wrong not just once but twice tonight. This happened the last time I was there as well and the manager had nothing to say about the mistakes. It seems like every time I give it another chance because it's supposed to be quick and easy I reminds me why people don't think you should be making 15$ an hour.

I was there on Thursday, the 26th. They got the type of soda I wanted right but I ordered extra ice, if that was extra ice, they must not give any normally. As for the rest of the order nothing was right, even though the receipt on the bag was mine. So I went in and asked how is it the receipt is on the bag, yet the food in the bag was all wrong? He sort of laughed and said, that happens all the time. Even if that's true, you tell the customer that? If it is true, why isn't it fixed?

Wasted my money serve me Uncooked food. You would think when you go there when it's busy you would get fresh cooked food. Apparently when you go to the one in Troy When their busy They don't have time to finish cooking your food just pull it up early so they can get people out of the drive-through. Everything's all about the money these days. What happen a good quality service? You guys need to be investigated by the health department.

So ordered 2 big mac's and found they didn't even put the big mac's together. Kid you not, opened the container they put the big mac's in and found a pile of lettuce, a pile of onion, meat, cheese, meat and both peaces of bread on top. I am also surprised that the big Mac is less that 5 dollar, because they put enough onion and lattice in the container to make a salad. Disappointing.

If you like McDonalds this place is fairly quick generally a long line sometimes hard to get out of the drive-thru on busy days but traditional McDonald's grub seems pretty clean and well-managed
