They put way too much mayo and ketchup i couldn't even eat it. This ain't no Texas Dairy queen thats for sure.

No I will not be giving this location another chance. I will stick to my Texas dairy queens only. Illinois dairy queens dont even have steak fingers, Texas does. You Illinois folks are really missing out if you've never had the steak fingers! 👍

I order two 1/3 pound flame throwers. Price was wrong, but they told me it was because price increase. Instead when I got home I had one 1/2 cheeseburger and one 1/2 flame thrower. I tried to call to resolve. No luck. Really poor service

This web site needs to correct their hours. Three times I have went there at 1045 and was told they open at 11. Please correct the hours.

I have been calling them for DAYS just trying to order a cake for a birthday party. They NEVER answer and you cannot leave a voicemail. Impossible to walk in and order one, their lobby is still closed and drive thru line takes forever.

It's hard to be disappointed when your expectations aren't very high. At least it wasn't one star terrible when I would never return. Hang in there.

Pulled up to the drive they due to the lobby being closed. The lady came across the intercom and said what do want.And then I requested items for my meal. They didn’t not put them in the bag. Was not to impressed with the service.
