I order a catfish feast with okra fries Cole slaw and extra hushpuppies came up to $16.50 and when I got to my destination this is what I had so not only did I lose money but I didn't get no where near what I asked for and I will not be recommending this location to anyone else. I am very disappointed 😞

Came to this location Monday 5/16/22. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I drove completely around the location since no one took my order. It’s 10:58am. Sign on the door in addition to online says this Captain D’s opens at 10:30am. There’s not a single person visible inside. No cars in parking lot. What time do they open, since they are already 30 minutes late and it’s lunchtime??? Update/correct your times you are open for business, because I googled this place and saw it listed on a highway sign.

We have been eating at Captain D’s for a number of years, but have not eaten from this particular location since the pandemic began. Saw it on DoorDash so we thought we’d give it another try. Ordered the 3 piece plate (coleslaw and fried okra), hush puppies and large Mountain Dew. The order arrived quickly, complete and packaged well for delivery. The fish tasted just like I remembered it (moist and flaky inside, nice crispy coating outside). Absolutely love the “crispies” that fall off. Almost like a mini side in themselves. Excellent hush puppies, average but tasty coleslaw and fried okra. Can’t ruin a good Mountain Dew either. Overall, it was an excellent lunch, not a bad bargain for the lunch buck, and I’d have no problem ordering that same meal again.

Stay away from this place. My mom likes their coleslaw so I got her some fish and coleslaw and myself a fish sandwich with fries. To my surprise, the container with the fish sandwich and fries came with a piece of hair. And obviously, no one wears a hairnet there. Needless to say, I am never ordering from this location again. I should have gotten a hint when the cashier spent 5 minutes speaking to some people in the restaurant (they appeared to be workers), before acknowledging me to collect payment at the window. This was probably the same reason she did not acknowledge me at the ordering area, and when she did after a few minutes, she stated “hold on”. And, no cars were in front of me. The whole experience was disgusting.

Worse customer service ever … Employees having their own personal loud convo to the point she had to say quiet down Bc she couldn’t hear my order . B4 I can even complete my order I was placed on hold twice. Cars started to pull off behind me Bc it was taken forever there wasn’t even patrons inside placing orders for it to be taken that long. As I pull up to the window the employees was still having the loud convo to the point I couldn’t even ask for the extra condiments needed for my meal ,as I begun to tell her she shut the window in my face.
