Subway

Please don't get me wrong. The new stake and swiss was amazing. But the service killed it. If we have to Hollar at you for you to understand the English language... Then get mad because we don't leave tips. You was not performing anything more than McDonald's does for the costumers. Would you tip you at the drive through window???

Believe the negative reviews. This woman would NOT give me my sandwiches until I tipped. This was after I had already tipped on the card reader screen. I was trying to explain that I had already tipped, but she kept the tip jar in front of my sandwiches until she understood. Plus, I’ve made better sandwiches blind than this one. Please just drive the extra distance to another if you really want Subway.

The WORST customer service ever!! The woman working there is foreign and barely knows how to speak English. She is slow and extremely RUDE!! Kept talking and mumbling to herself in her language and rolling her eyes. And she DEMANDED a tip at the end! Never coming back to this location again.. in fact I may never come back to any Subway store again because this has happened at other locations as well! Totally disgusted with Subway right now.

This is the WORST Experience I’ve ever had at a subway restaurant. Got there at 7:22 PM, their google listing says they close at 8:00 PM so I got there with enough time. I was getting three different subs when both of the reps started preparing them. I simply asked can I finish one sub before I move to the next since they were completely different, they then told me they’re about to close and started rushing me. I stated that your online hours says 8:00 PM and they said they didn’t care what online stated and I needed to hurry because they close at 7:30. They even started leaning over my food and started just throwing the stuff on my sandwich and started talking among themselves in their language. At check out now they told me I needed to pay cash and they’re not accepting card. I was lucky to have some cash which I usually don’t carry. This is the worst! Do not go there! They don’t even deserve one star.

I haven't been at this location in a few months. Today I stopped in, the lady who helped me grabbed my bread but didn't have paper so she had to open a new box. While she trying to open the box she still had the bread in her hands and touching the box with it. I immediately asked that to be thrown away. So making my food i asked for lettuce but she was trying to but tomatoes on it. She doesn't listen to what you ordering and I believe she barley understand English.

I always go to this subway in particular, today Wednesday 26 / 5 /2021 when I walked in, immediately I was hit by the heat instead. It turns out the a/c was out, and they had the workers in there basically suffocating. This is no way to run a business. I will not buy from this place if this problem is not fix. Even worse with the temperature outside
