Rafael's

If you like a lot of bread with everything this is the place to go. I just find the flavor of the food to be very average. It is not the cleanest place you'll ever find either and is in dire need of a face lift. Does have a great game room for kids and people that refused to grow up. LOL. I can't get overly excited when somebody says they want to eat here. Very middle of the road. 2018 it has been bulldozed to put another car wash there. Never reopened in another place.

I have been here many, many times, and it never fails that the customer service is spot on and the pizza is always amazing!!! In fact pizza is my favorite food and their pizza is my absolute favorite, it's something about the cheese they use! They do an amazing job at this Rafael's, the staff is super friendly! If you haven't had Rafael's pizza you are definitely missing out!

Food is horrible, ordered steak on a pita, meat was so tough you couldn't even eat it, bread completely soggy from grease, it was so greasy my plate was full of grease from dropping off the pita. Ordered kids meals, doesn't come with a drink, food was poorly cooked, game room sucks, prices to high for poor quality food. I've ate at Raphael's in Winchester plenty of times, the food is always great. NEVER AGAIN IN TULLAHOMA!

We loved the Raphael's in Manchester, however, this one is a different story. The entire interior of this building is in a desperate need of a renovation. It's dim & dark, and looks likes it's in dire need of a visit from the health department. The dining room ceiling tiles were old & stained & the green carpet was so filthy I put my purse on the table. We got gyro plates. The lettuce was brown, and the lamb was overcooked. The fettuccine Alfredo was inedible. I loved this place in Manchester, but the Tullahoma location is just vile. We will NOT be back!

I ordered a stromboli, and it was very disappointing. Their version, very similar to hot pocket, is nothing more than a mildly toasted roll with cheese. Instead of tasting fresh, the stromboli seems likely it was frozen. Maybe I was expecting too much, but just down the street, gondola offers a superior product at comparable prices.

Went here for lunch break. Myself and two co-workers all ordered the gyro plate with extra cucumber sauce. The sign said they came with fries and a kosher pickle. Instead of the pickle there was a nasty wilted salad DRENCHED in italian dressing. There was so much dressing the pita bread was soggy with it. Also the pita was quartered and the lamb thrown on top for the grease to be soaked up by the already soggy pita. As we were about to eat the waitress, who barely spoke english, came to our table to inform us SHE forgot to charge us for the extra sauce and hit us up for the $1.15 extra! To further accommodate the ambience there was mexican music blaring from the kitchen in an ITALIAN restaurant. The food was AWFUL. There is no way in hell I'll ever eat in that dive again. I emplore you to save your money for somewhere else!
