I have always liked Taco Bell food. I have never been disappointed from this particular location. I had sometimes problem with other locations, but not this one.
Chicken burrito was on point. We definitely get lot more than the price. The atmosphere inside was cool and everything was clean. It is always a pleasure to visit here.
The food always felt fresh and at right temperature. The wait time is not too bad. The staff is friendly and the service courteous. The drive through lines are always long, so I prefer to go inside, which is usually not crowded.
There is always some special instructions for my food but they never mess up the order. Parking is little tricky as there is always a line of vehicles for the drive through.

I ordered online and when I went inside to pick it up they were very rude and told me since I put in my order online I was gonna be pushed to the bottom. They continued to add orders ahead of mine while making me wait 20 mins and giving everyone food ahead of me. It says the online is supposed to be easier and quicker but how does that work when they tell me my order was online so it gets pushed.

I went thru the drive-thru this morning for 3 taco supremes, no sour cream. Sonja waited on me with a very clear voice, extremely pleasant and considerate. I was very happy with the service and with Sonja. Taco Bell needs to hang onto her. She is very good at her job.

We order on the app because it's easier to customize that way, but everytime we do they mess it up! My husband ordered ez beans and his burrito was still practically ALL BEANS. I ordered extra avocado ranch on my bowl and got NONE!

So today is the day after sc won a Nashville soccer game and toco bell is doing a free Chalupas. I came to this one because they are on the list of toco bells doing this event. First the doors were locked and had to get someone to unlock them at lunch time. They I was told they were not doing it because they are to stinky and smelly when they are cooking and it's hard to clean them off when it's closing. And after we came in they kept locking the doors even though hardly anyone was in the establishment. As someone who went to the game last night and watched them win live and was so excited about this little win. Honestly I'm never coming back if this is how they are going to honor there home teams wins and not keep there word.

Some of my order is missing, the tacos were not full and made sloppy, and there is barely any toppings on the nachos.

I was disappointed with this chicken taco box. It looked better on screen I was just expecting more than what I got ig the chicken was like 2 and 1/2 in long. I'd say the chicken taco is not worth it in my opinion.
