My Father’s Day meal supposed to be a16 piece meal they were a little short on the chicken so my wife settled for 8 wings supposed to be 4 breasts and 4 tenders so I think we were being very generous with them so what a surprise it was when we got home and had 8wings 2 breasts and no tenders why? I don’t understand why the fryers are turned off so early , I as a young man work as a cook , it seamed that we cared about our customers if they ordered food 5 minutes before closing we cooked it , it seams to me that that one simple rule has been forgotten by KFC ! THE CUSTOMER IS KING !

We ordered a simple pot pie combo and a three piece chicken combo. The pot pie carrots were still crunchy in the. The chicken combo was supposed to be extra crispy, but was regular. The biscuit was almost raw in the middle. When I went to get another one, the worker saw me standing at the counter, but went behind the equipment.

I ordered a large sized order. I was not told of what the special offer entailed. I also ordered 3 large sides extra. I am missing my half this 50 dollar order. I am not pleased and the customer service is horrible. The person taking my order had an attitude. The cashier took my payment and then nonchalantly laid my receipt to the other side of the register for both orders. I had to turn around and order another meal because one was missing only to get home and find that more of my original order was missing. I don't live close so this is a major disappointment and lesson learned. It takes 10 seconds to double check your work. It takes zero effort to smile. Next time I will literally sit there in the line and make sure it is all there. Not to mention I sat and waited on this order for over 20 mins.

Ordered extra crispy breast, paid nearly $5 for 1 chicken wing in a box. Did not answer phone calls to let them know they need to be sure orders are filled correctly.

Well, not a good review, sorry. Mine and my wifes order came out wrong. They fixed it and it was ok. Yet the potatoes were the worst I've had from KFC. Ok, so my son and his family ordered and his order came out totally wrong. He ordered a 8 peice and paid extra to have 4 of the peices drum sticks, they just through wat they had in the bucket and went on with that! It took 15 minutes for them to make the order right, my grandson (7 years old is a diabetic) he has a pump for insulin that was programmed to pump a certain amount of insulin in and he has to eat not long after that process. In 15 minutes his insulin can drop, well anyway probably wont be back. Oh ya, the manager also had a bit of a attitude

Terrible service. Bad food. Very high prices for very small portions of very bad food. Just don't waste your money. It's not what it used to be.

I ordered a family meal and paid almost $35.00 .Traveled home ( about 30 mins) to find all the pieces so burned they are inedible. Called so called manager to hear nothing they can do. This store is sad. Don't eat there!!!

Drive thru attendant seemed preoccupied as had to repeat order several times before getting it right then we were asked to pull up to wait on item after pulling off within seconds had knock on window.with food.
