Hardee's

First time staying here. Room was good, consistent like other Hilton properties. I did not pay for the $8.99 cold continental breakfast. There was supposed to be a hot breakfast the next day, but I did not check on that. Shout out to Diane, who is here now from California. I am sure this will be a more excellent place to stay with her leadership!

My favorite hardees location in 3 counties. I get a biscuit every morning for breakfast. The manager is extremely fast and friendly. I'm in and out in under 5 minutes. Only complaint is the weekend crew is not all that great. Service is ok but the food is just not the same . Still good just not consistent I guess.

On Saturday August 28 2021 I ordered a BLT Ranch Hand-Breaded Chicken combo with no bacon... The counter person was not cheerful or welcoming... The food came quickly enough but when I got to my table with the paper sack there was no catsup or napkins... I walked back to the counter and asked for napkins from the same person who never said a word in reply as she ripped two sections off a brown papertowel roll.. crumpled them up in her hands and handed them to me... I was not about to put those paper towels to my mouth so I tore off pieces of the paper sack which looked cleaner... The food... I am including photos of the chicken sandwich which was burned black... The lettus was clearly the nasty outer leaves that most would toss in the garbage when prepping... I removed it from the sandwich... The creamy dill ranch dressing was almost not existant... The fries were barely warm and not even close to crisp... A few bites into this mess and I put it where it belonged.. in the garbage... Left Hardee's and when to KFC where the food was excellent... Earlier in the week I was in the same Hardee's and had an Angus burger combo and it was very good... Both visits several tables were dirty when I got there and were still when I left... The line was wrapped around the building and out to the street. After waiting forever. I was up to the window. The girl apologized and said she was the only person working a register, that was why the dining room was closed. It was at least 6 employee cars parked. One girl was in the car smoking and I saw her go in while I was waiting. They only took one order at a time. Once that order was done then another car would move up and order. I didn't understand how that made sense. It was plenty of people inside, hard to believe only 1 person could take orders.
