The staff at this location are wonderful! Friendly and efficient, they interact without with each other and with customers. The food has been fresh each time, cooked to order and tasty. No complaints at all!

I had a good time here. The food was okay. It just didn't impress me. I think my cousin I went with loves the place though. So it's great for some but not for me.

Good food but last few times I have went they had root beer all along the side of the cup and don’t attempt to clean it up

I tend to do a bag check before I leave the restaurant in order to ensure my meal is to par with what I ordered. I'm a person that likes: extra pickles, spicy papa sauce, add onion etc. Etc. and in past experiences my request of modification were overlooked. Good thing the food tastes so good that it can be an easy thing for me to get over.

I only added 1 star cause it won’t let you leave 0 stars. Worse experience I’ve ever had. The cashier looked like she was higher than a kite and unprofessional. Then we get our food and my Bf goes up to order more food and the cook was up front and what he saw disgusted him. He was filthy like they don’t believe in hygiene. He had long fingernails with stuff underneath them and made us not finish our food. It’s sad because this is the only A & W around and the place is just not somewhere I will eat at again…

Mushroom onion melt was good and hot. Sriracha cheese curds were cold.

They didn't even give us the right food and they have no clue what to do to in the place what a disappointment for a being A&W Place which should be the best food around town I guess not

Burger and milkshake were good. Fries were soft and the drive through was beyond slow. 30+ minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of us. I'm sure they are short staffed as is everywhere else these days but was just a little irritating.
