Sonic Drive-in

I had a really bad experience with the staff at this sonic today March 28, 2022. Arrived at 9pm and told them on the intercom I was there for an order. The girl said it will be right out. They attend a few cars in front of me and I arrive at the window. I sit there idling my car for 18 minutes I was about to leave and a girl asks if someone has greeted me yet and I said no. She apologized but didn’t tell me how much longer it would be. I waited 7-10 more minutes before I decided to leave. Is this the best service sonic can give? This is my first experience and it’s not good at all. Wasted almost 30 minutes of my night and I felt like I was disrespected. How can they attend cars in front of me and behind me for 20-30 minutes and forget I exist?

I went to Sonic for lunch, and as I was trying to order the girl on the speaker phone was very rude. She would interrupt me everytime I tried to order. Then the food came out cold my wife took our burgers back in and they did make it right. It's one of our favorite places to go, but it has to be better than what we have been getting the last 3 times we have been there.

Have any of the decision makers here ever been to Chick-fil-A? Have they seen how large the sauces are, and how guests can get as many as they want, for free? Why do I have to pay for every fry sauce from the first? Makes me not want to eat here over such a petty reason, but come on, charging from sauce one? That's just out of hand, in my opinion. Maybe they need to watch the "give them the pickle" video.

I would give this location a negative if possible. They have never been a good one but at least somewhat serviceable until today. I sat at the drive up order station for 15 minutes waiting and trying to get someone to take my order. Ten of which was me with no one in front of me. I finally called the store directly after 6 more cars lined up behind me. Their excuse was the sensor doesn’t work. Ok, I then asked how about the three people who came up to the window and looked right at me in that time. New excuse, no one knew who was taking my order. Answer no one was and no one cared to ask. They tell me to pull forward and I said how can you miss 7 cars in the drive thru. He locks the window and walks away. They then decide to serve every car in line but me. Stay classy. Avoid this location like it is ground zero for the plague. Truly awful.

Me and my husband just came to get lunch and when we couldn't hear what steven was saying I asked him to speak up and repeat what he said and he yelled into the speaker and had very poor customer service. And was just plain rude and nasty about taking our order. We weren't impressed with the way he was.
