Americana Grill & Cafe

I have been ordering every week since more than a year. It used to be great but I got some issues with my orders in the past. My last order was very "special"... My burger did have lot of egg shells and my milkshake tasted funny. On top of this there was some brown thing on the too of the cup. Absolutely disgusting! They was probably mad to work cause the snow... Well I work two jobs (14h/day) and I had to deal with the snow too. I don't take my frustration on people. I'm done with this place!

Absolutely love this late night place to eat. The food is always amazingly good and it’s probably because the burgers are cooked over flames perfectly. They open at 5 which can be a bummer sometimes but they’re always worth the wait! The staff is so friendly and even though they open late, they do get extremely busy at times but they’re so good.

Going to keep this short and sweet because there’s not a whole lot to say other than how awesome this place is. They get extremely busy late at night (which is when I usually find myself there) and they still always keep their cool and provide good customer service. The lady that’s usually at the window is also very sweet and is almost always smiling or laughing. I always get good vibes from this place. 6-stars! 💪🏻
