I come here at least once a week only for one of my clients For an elderly lady every week we order the same thing. She ordered Southern style fish mill the menu says $6.99 In order to large sweet tea. When we got to the window they didn't have large only medium and it was 16 oz which online it says the medium is 30 oz. And they charge me $7.99 for The fish meal

Always been a big fan of captains D but the fact they thought it was acceptable to give me what clearly looks like old molded broccoli is very unacceptable especially a meal that was meant for my lil children also . I will NEVER be returning to this location because this is so Disgusting but thanks for door dash refunded my meal and hopefully this post makes it to the health department .

Placed an order at the window and when I picked up my order my shrimp skewer was missing. The lady handed me a bag with condiments that I didn’t ask for and still no shrimp skewer. Finally I receive what I ordered to get home and realize they didn’t supply hush puppies as a part of the order. If I return I will thoroughly review my order before driving home.

Wow am I disappointed with the food and services at this Captain D's, located on Jonesboro Road in Union City, GA. I spent approximately thirty dollars on pick-up food that was totally inedible and should have never been prepared or sold to any customer. After reporting it to the manager, an explanation was given to suffice the condition of the food and its presentation. Apparently their freezer door had been ajarred the night before causing the food to be thawed out unintentionally. Although this caused some inconveniences the next day, they still cooked the food and sold it to the customers. My chicken fingers and fish were burned to crisp, the Talapia was grilled fried , if there is such a process, to the point of it giving a glazed appearance of wax; too hard to digest. The rice was very hard and overly salted and could not be eaten. The reason the grilled Talapia plate was in such disarray, meaning all over the place, is because they had run out of the regular serving trays and used some without compartments. Once the food started moving around there was no end or stopping place. Only the middle portion of the baked potato could be prepared to eat because the inner sides were overly baked and stuck to the inner walls of the potato. Only the sides of broccoli and corn were edible. I was told to return with the receipt to be compensated, however after returning I was informed that nothing could be done at the servicing store. I was encouraged to return to where my online order was placed to receive my money back or the food. Although the food was ordered on line, it was picked up at the restaurant by my husband. I feel betrayed and robbed, especially after conferring with the manager who worked the next day and hearing her say that the previous manager had no business telling me that the freezer had been opened the night before. Why would workers at this food place want to conceal information that could hurt or be detrimental to their customers? I am now in the process of trying to retrieve my money. I am sorry I sought to patronize Captain D's and got such poor service and satisfaction. This had not happened to me before.

Bad Customer Service. Mark, the Manger likes to argue so beware. Bad…….. says they don’t take orders at the window, BUT I just read a review that they did. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Mark, do you or don’t you take orders at the window? We sat in line for 5+ minutes and then we sat 2 minutes at the speaker and NO ONE ASWERED. After we left, and was at the window, the lady spoke. Fix your speakers, have better customer service. Went back through the drive thru and STILL BAD SERVICE. At this point, I was frustrated and then getting overcharged with a up charge for a Diet Pepsi that they asked if I wanted and it didn’t already come with the meal and then no fork, ketchup, etc. Again, fix the speaker or clean out your ears, please.

Very unhappy with the quality of the food. The place was short staffed so drive-thru took over 45 minutes just to place my order, and another 20 minutes to get to the window to getmy food... The woman at the window was very polite and pleasant despite her being overwhelmed... this is why I gave a 2-star rating and not a one ....

I tried several day's to get my money back, I ordered in the drive-thru it took over 30 minutes very bad customer service, After I received my food and got to my destination and was ready to eat a roach was in my food, They offered to make fresh food but who would want to eat from there with roaches, I'm from California visiting I never want to get anything from this place of business again.. I forgot to mention I paid 55 dollars
