Hardee's

Absolutely the worst service ever. Took 30 minutes to get our food and had to take one of the burgers back THREE times before it was correct. The lady behind the corner was VERY RUDE considering people were having to wait a very long time. Watch 4 people from the drive thru come in to get a refund after waiting so long for food. We visited this place on Friday June 3rd at 1230 around lunch. We were one of 3 customers inside so no lunch rush at all.

I arrived till the drive-through at 4:45 the other day and There was a pickup truck in front of me making their order so I waited after a couple minutes and chuckle pulls around to the window one though I pull up to the little speak your Box and the lady comes over the intercom and says that they're closed I said it's 450 I said we're closed closed what do you mean you're a faster it's good you're a fast food restaurant and aint even dark yet no it closes at 5 o'clock That's not 5 o'clock yet we're closed so I aint gonna be really not gonna let me order my foodon't let me order my food we're closed I'm gonna call corporate go ahead and call Em. I will. And I did... to no avail. No one answered their phone for the 5 days that I called. I left a voice-mail every single time I called and politely requested a callback every time this has been about three or 4 weeks ago and not a single response from them at all. That's not how your supposed to treat your customers. 😮‍💨😒 I'll just go to grill out in Martin for now on but that lady that refused ms service 10 minutes b4 they closed should be reprimanded. As far as I'm concerned their whole crew should be replaced not working after 5pm yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

Good food prepared properly, in side is clean restrooms and dining. The workers are very curteous and helpful. One of the better ones although there is a much newer MacDonald next door, the food is better here. It could use renovation but honestly it's been well taken care of even though it, the restaurant, shows it's age.

6-16,was in at 530am floor was sticky when walked on. No counter help around when I came in. When I got helped I had questions on seating and availability of products. Staff was lacking in knowledge on these subjects. I did enjoy setting down to eat but again these were sticky too. Meal was good and price good.
