Kroger

I have resided in this neighborhood for 2 years now, and in my time here I have started to venture to other neighborhoods and visit their grocery stores instead of this location and one major difference I see is how in the white neighborhoods the shelves are always fully stocked but this location never has the basic things like bread , rice, tomato sauce, ground beef and most of the time it is out of water. I visited this location today because I did not feel like driving across town for a loaf of bread and at 2pm, the shelves looked like this. I was a merchandiser for 2 years and I was to start visiting my stores on my route at 4 am, starting with the stores that were open overnight then to the stores that opened the earliest and moving on down the line, i went to different locations on different days of the week. But no matter what day of the week I visit this location, it is always lacking basic necessities. I am going to go back to the white neighborhood tomorrow and I am already certain that the shelf will not look like it does in the grocery store in the prominently black neighborhood.

I am Only Giving this store a 1 Star because I have to give one to do a review. They Are Always Out of Basic items such a Rice and Seafood. The list could go on. I am Never able to use the coupons I receive in the mail due to them never having the product. Today No ground Turkey At All and the Meat Manager has the nerve to get a smart when I ask him when they will have more.And to top it off the Seafood department is Non Existence. Never any Seafood available the area is just empty. Today I found No 5lb White Potatoes and no Fresh seafood.

Kroger isn't the best but usually when I stop in any Kroger EVERY worker I've encountered has been friendly..But today was my last time in UNION CITY KROGER, the cashier BRIANNA was RUDE AS HELL. After I spoke not once but twice she didn't speak back , face in her phone for a good 3 minutes before she even began to ring up my items and when she did start ringing me up she threw my items as if it's was my fault she stuck working in Kroger. Her attitude was awful. Maybe she's in the wrong line of work she put in the mind of a correction officer just rude and nasty .

I have experienced at this Kroger and the one in Peachtree City as well, the cashiers standing at the registers, ringing up the customer's food / items and they are eating at the registers, while they are working (ringing up the food / items). They also do a lot of talking (not related to the work at hand) at the registers (with other employees), when they should be focusing on ringing up the food / items, to ensure that all items are placed in the grocery bags (I've had to come back to stores, because of items missing from my grocery bag, because of this happening). They should also be focusing on, ringing up the items correctly. This is behavior (which happens to be common with employees at Kroger), is so unprofessional and yet I didn't see, not one manager correct this inappropriate behavior.

This person inThis picture stares at youLike you're stealing every time you come into the store. Other customers have expressed this, but I don't know if they actually put it in a review. It's getting to be uncomfortable. The store is always cleaned though great job.I they are getting the floors and the store together keep up the good work.

Monday 9:30 am and the market is extremely disorganized and out of stock, the dely is a total disaster and the girl who attends it has a very bad attitude for work. First time at Kroger because i'm from the north of the country and the impression was terrible, a market in these conditions should not open its doors. The only star I have to give is for the cashier who was very kind.
