I swear we can’t have nice things in our neighborhood. I pulled up to Stall 2 and pressed the red button. After waiting for 7 minutes and seeing how long the drive through was, I downloaded and ordered from the app. I put my stall number in (liked the app asked) to get my order. After another 5 minutes of no response, I pulled out and went to stall 15. When I pulled up and pressed the red button, the guy immediately answered with a very nasty attitude to say go to drive through to be helped (no hello, welcome to Sonic I’m sorry to inform you we are only taking drive through orders at this time, etc). When I said I ordered from the app and already paid, he said (again very nasty), “didn’t I say go through the drive through to be helped?” I couldn’t believe what I heard. I had my kids in the car and just wanted something sweet. I called the store to speak with the manager. She was nice and explained they were only doing drive through orders but would bring my order to me. Suggestion: put up signs to say drive through only and train the employees to have “Chick-fil-A “ customer service. The unnecessary attitude was uncalled for and unfortunately typical/expected in “our” neighborhood.

I purchased a hotdog all American they gave me a hot dog with jus ketchup on it. Then they phone saying they not taking calls but they take people money .

I swear it's always something here. Either the "system is down" and they're not taking orders, or they're so slow that it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get 5 cars through the drive through. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and they haven't even taken the car in front of me's order. At this pace, I could get food faster at a sit down restaurant. Don't waste your time here. Go literally anywhere else.

Wish I could give less than one star. Drive thru person was not helpful. Did not tell us about changes to food we ordered. Also, she said "we don't got that no more." In fact, they did have what I was asking for...After waiting for more than 15 minutes to get our food the order was completely wrong. Finally received food and it was burnt and tastes like old grease and tots were dry.

Thirty minutes after ordering our food my fiancé called and asked when our food will be out. They said it would be out shortly. After an hour of waiting my fiancé requested a refund, and they said they lost our ticket. Pretty sure they gave our food to someone else. This was our first time at this sonic location and will definitely by our last. Horrible service!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever seen in my life. Either they’re closed early, never open, with no signage that shows they’re closed early so you’ll sit in drive thru 20 mins behind cars before just realizing anything. I came a month or so ago, drive thru only, cool. But the employees were young outside cursing and using the “n word”, pants sagging and such. No one greets you when they see you. It’s just bad. They have attitudes. I came today, mobile orders only, ok cool. Whatever. I sat 15 mins before a young lady approached me letting my me know they had no onion rings to go with my order (certainly I paid more for that upgrade - so I had to assure what I replaced with it would make up for that.) I only see one carhop out here & idk how many ppl inside. But some type of communication, some type of thank you for patience, some friendliness of some sort would be great. Their systems are down and I understand that. So after sitting nearly 20 mins a young guy with dreads instruct me to go through drive thru to retrieve my order. Again, cool. But I sat in drive thru and finally got more order. Again, no one is being customer service friendly & no one is apologetic for the wait or thanking you for being patient. Roll my window down to get my order “here’s your order”. Like huh?? Just shut the whole place down and get a crew wanting to work. Never again!

I placed an order via the app. When I got to the restaurant I pressed the red button. After waiting 5 minutes without being acknowledged I pressed the button again. One of the male employees answered and I let him know that I placed an order through the app. He told me someone would bring it right out. After waiting 10 minutes, an employee pulls up in his car and blocks the entrance (so that no other cars could pull in), he gets out and walks to my window to tell me they were closed. I told him I placed an order on the app, he then tells me to go to the drive through to be served and “you’re the last customer”…I pull around and waited AT LEAST 5 more minutes before being acknowledged (mind you the employees are walking past the window holding conversations with one another as if I’m not sitting there waiting) …after someone finally came to the window, I told them I had placed an online order. She asked for my name I told her….after waiting nearly 10 MORE minutes, she comes back to the window with my order….didn’t have the order correct and my kid’s cheeseburger buns were burnt corn dogs were NOT hot! By far the worst fast food experience. This Sonic is absolute trash with terrible customer service …. Definitely won’t revisit this location.

No one answered at the drive thru so we left the line after about 5 mins which is long to wait for at least a welcome please hold! Decided to order at the outdoor both which still took another 6mins for someone to acknowledge us. 30 mins later our order was ready.
