Subway

If I could give 0 stars I would. The young lady and man (Jaden) are very rude and disrespectful. Arguing and cussing towards the customers. There was an entire tray of green/gray bread and they laughed about it. They also left the store and locked it 2 hours before it was supposed to close for the day. This is not my first bad encounter with this location. I will no longer patronize this establishment.

I had to wait 15 minutes to order a sandwich here. The young lady in front of me had several orders and whenever she was unsure about the orders (that she was picking up for other people), she would start FaceTiming them and being that her nails were too long to hit the screen properly, it further delayed the line of people waiting. She would have done better to have called the order in for pickup or she should have written their food list down. When I finally was able to place my order, I specifically asked for a meatball sandwich. The young lady started making the sandwich and halfway through the sandwich, she forgot what I had ordered. When I told her that I wanted the meatball sandwich…She said, “We don’t have meatballs”. Not only didn’t they have meatballs, but they had no cookies either! Being that I got out of the house to go to this Subway, I had to settle for the Teriyaki chicken sandwich (something that I never had from Subway). It was ewwww, the meat was luke warm and the chicken wasn’t really teriyaki. It was just chicken with some sauce on it and had no taste to it. Also, the Simply Apple juice was not fresh. Apple juice should be clear and not have particles floating in it nor should it taste and smell like apple cider! Next time I visit Subway, I will be driving the extra 5 miles just to get what I ordered and get it properly. This was my first visit ever to this Subway and I will not visiting this Subway again.

Well I came into this restaurant to order some food but it may have taken a moment because a couple of customers were already in line being served so I sit down for a minute and nothing was said to me like how are you doing today or how may I serve you and as soon as another customer walks in the response is someone will be with you in a moment, so what would you do in this situation,so I left the restaurant with no intent to return and I’m sorry that I had to walk out but you have to pay attention to every customer needs to be treated fairly

Walked in and nobody was behind the counter.I stood there for 10mins.Then a white lady came out and claimed i went behind the counter.She went outside and called her fellow employee who was standing there gisting with another man when I walked in.White lady refused to serve me .Horrible customer service!!!Dont go there.Food is stale!
