I experienced the worst customer experience at this location in Union City. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 large sweet tea paid for my food at first location proceed to second window the young lady gave me my sweet tea which I taste and it was unsweetened tea I told cashier that the tea I received was unsweetened she offered me sugar packs after my response to her was no she then ask did I want something else I explained I order sweet tea so that was what I wanted with my order the window shut after having conversation with manager she repeated herself so I decided to ask for my money back the manager refused to give money back and ask me to move out drive Thur window I refused until he provided me with refund he the say I wish I was where white folk was case these n**** be acting up. Sad to say I had to call Union City Police department to get a partial refund. I didn't go home drink the tea and came back for a refund I was still at the window when I ask for refund and didn't receive my food. I have had multiple problems at this location but this was one that I had to post because it was just terrible all away around I will not spend another dime at this location.

Man,where to start in line at the drive thru see a young man trying to do his job being bothered by a young lady running in and out the store. Cars are being told pull over in the curbside pickup I wait for over 10 minutes for my food to be brought out.I go inside the same young lady obviously works there but not on the schedule at the time she's not in uniform going behind the counter talking to people who are working, there are two more young ladies with her hanging out. The young manager on duty is not doing anything productive people are waiting on food when he finally asks me what I need he gives me my food and asks, do I want something else for my wait.I can only imagine if he does that for everyone.

I just would like to say that I normally come to this location and the customer service isn't really that bad . but yesterday me and my wife came and there was a young lady that took our order that demonstrated excellent customer service and she had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude. I believe she had black braids and bracelets on . We got to the window she repeated our order it was accurate, & she was very kindhearted upon speaking to us . Food was fresh and hot ! We tipped her 20$ . Will come back to this location again very soon .

Waited in line for over 5 minutes to only receive old re dip fries and hard bread on a sloppy fish sandwich. Call the store to report it and was told to come back for another meal. I ask him if he needed my name he said no so I ask him for his name I couldn't understand him because of all the fussing and cussing in the background. He laid the phone down and started taking orders without completing our phone call. I think his name is Jim. Very unprofessional.
