Burger King

This is supposed to be the new Whopper Bacon Melt. It barely had any caramelized onions and bacon. The bread is supposed to be toasted also. Also it is made with regular patties and not Whopper patties. I actually just seen the commercial and in small words it says that they use Whopper Jr patties. This is the worst Burger King location in Valdosta and has been even before they remodeled it.

I was in line for an extremely long time. I placed my order, and the young lady was nice, and she also explained to me that it would be 7 minutes for the chicken to get donenfor my sandwich I ordered. I got to the window and paid. Then as I was getting my food, the young lady was whispering to me to not say anything outloud as I was asking her a question about my order, she was telling me dontnworry about it, its ok, just go ahead. I checked the bag because I was confused as to why she was doing that. Well, it was not my order, and she knew that already. She forgot to put my order in, so it was never made. So, not only was I in the drive-through for a long time, I paid for it, and the order was wrong, I still haf to wait even longer because the chicken that was supposed to be cooked already, had to be cooked for the 1st time. I won't be back.

It took so long after I ordered my food and I left the restaurant without my food with the exception of my drink. At first I got the drink wrong I asked for a Dr Pepper they got gave me a Coke. Never go to any fast food restaurant late at night go to no guarantee you’ll be served in a timely manner or even get your food.

Sarcastic employee 2nd time there no milkshake machine working ordered whopper junior w/out tomato didn't get it that way and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they gave us a double bacon cheeseburger very disappointed with burger king will have to call next time to see if everything is working and employee can get order right

My husband ordered a bacon king with no mayo, and a kids cheese burger with just ketchup all clearly on the receipt. He got a bacon king with just meat patties and bun!! There was no cheese, no bacon! My daughter's meal had pickles and mustard which she is allergic to and why we told them just ketchup. The worker that rang us up was fine, employees in the back clearly can't read the screen. This happens to often at this location.
