Went through Drive thru, young girl with glasses on handed me my change all balled up and dropped some my change on the ground and said it's just pennies. She need to be washing dishes or cleaning the lobby. Sometimes costomer service is really bad 👎. Won't be going back will find another place to get chicken.

Im a vegan, so I honestly just went to try the beyond chicken nuggets and they taste amazing! The nuggets literally ripped apart like a real chicken tenderloin.
They're definitely not healthy. They're still super greasy just like anything fried but all in all, i liked them. I probably wont be eating them again, but it was an good experience.
I'd definitely recommend trying them for yourself.

Both the spicy and classic chicken sandwich are great!! Exceeded my expectations. The people are really nice and the food comes out fast (if you’re the only one in line, at least)!
McDonald’s could take note. I love McDonald’s, but they missed the mark on their part in the chicken sandwich wars.

Today 4/25/22 my son ordered his usual weekly meal and upon drinking his drink dr.pepper their was an alive worm in his drink so he immediately spit the drink out... I just called the Bloomingdale kfc in valrico fl and let the manager know also to inform them to clean the drink machine she apologized and said thank you...

Although the service was fast and correct, for some odd reason the original bucket of chicken I ordered had a almost burnt flavor in the seasoning even though the chicken itself was not burnt but cooked adequately. It was weird. Im willing to try again, might have been a weird batch.

Left off the side of gravy I paid for. Very disappointed. Only got two stars because the tenders were decent sized.

I think the only bad KFC I've ever been to was in Riverview The Colonel and whoever did crispy got it right because few have managed to screw it up. The one in Valrico is no exception to this I love their biscuits too.
