St Louis Bar And Grill

This was my first time visiting this location of St. Louis bar and grill and I was amazed at the service and quality of food. Our servers name was Patti and she was amazing. She was friendly, fast and efficient. The manager Sari was very friendly and made sure everything was fine. the food was fantastic, and the service was amazing. Patti and Sari if you read this, thank you for making my meal one of the best I ve ever had.

Went to this location on Sunday such a ambient atmosphere fun and family friendly. Our meals where delicious and drinks made with tlc Server was friendly and outgoing ( can’t remember her name but she was working at the bar! Just amazing 🤩 and let’s not even talk about the manager such a hard working lady she held a conversation with us and was just so over the top with keeping us impressed Will def be coming back this is my new go to place going forward!!! Kudos to everyone….

A group of us were at he Spring Hill Marriott for a hockey tourney this weekend and honestly it may have been the best takeout experience ever. Order was taken quick; she put people's name on everything with no confusion, everything was right, lots of dipping sauces and utensils and the food was great. If I remember the name right I think it was Alexis (Friday evening) - I was uber impressed as you just don't get service like that anymore. Thanks!

What a joke of a place! My cousin, his wife, my wife and myself went there on a Sunday afternoon for wings and beer. We’ve decided to sit in a patio; patio was dirty and the decor was outdated, I could smell urinate around us and our table was very dirty and it seemed that it was not cleaned up for a long time. We’ve asked one of the servers to wipe it down, she decided to spray the table and to wipe it, the problem was the table top was not a solid peace and had one inch gaps so as she was spraying the table she was spraying my legs and my cousin’s phone which was on the seat beside him! Then came our server, I think she was overwhelmed and did not have proper training on customer service. She was rude and unprofessional. Our wings were extremely cold and undercooked. The table beside us complained and asked for the manager, the lady manager came over and told the old gentlemen beside us that “that is normal and that’s how they cook their wings”!!!!! She only offered to replace their food after we’ve started complaining. I used to own two restaurants in the past so I can tell you the manager did not handle the situation right and she got lucky the table beside us didn’t tell her anything; she didn’t even comeback to check on us even though she heard us complaining about the temperature of the food, I mean for God’s sake, that chicken is going to send someone to the hospital. I think this place need to be shut, the shift manager and the store manager to be fired and the district manager to be held accountable for not checking on his/her stores.
