Worst experience ever. The inside of the store wasfilthy, I asked for extra "Hot Sauce" they gave me taco mild sauce, they claim it was hot sauce when I noticed it and asked again for hot sauce they just gave more mild sauce. The worst was the chicken. Out of all the pieces 3 of 12 pieces were old darker looking fried chicken from who knows where and there was black grease at the bottom of the chicken bucket. Truly disgusting.

It used to be so much better few years ago now it is the worst food place to go to. This is the second time I have ordered from this place this year and the chicken is not cooked inside and tastes bad AGAIN. I ordered the mega fries got small fries instead and not even a bit of salt in them. Very disappointed that I paid $30 and got the worst of it. I do not recommend this place other KFCs have better foods that are actually cooked there.

I generally never write reviews, however this place is so disgusting that I just had to say something. 1. The moment you walk in it smells disgusting, the same kind of smell you get when you clean everything with a 6 month old dirty mop and refuse to wash it, the floor of the entire place was sticky, smelly and gross. 2. The food, I ordered a 4 piece combo and it came with MOLDY FRIES, the dark meat chicken had enough grease to run a car and the white meat felt like eating sand, the only good part of this meal was the fountain drink 3. Hygiene, to start off the place was NOT busy at all, at the time I was there only customer yet every single seat I went was felt sticky and had food scraps and dried sauce everywhere, and I am NOT joking, out of the 9 or so seats there was only 2 that were clean 4. AND DID I MENTION THE SMELL YET? Absolutely nauseating, you cant eat without the musty old smell flooding your nostrils

By far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. Our orders are wrong 98% of the time to the point where we're surprised when they do get it right. I wish there was another location in the area cause this one is just trash. I don't understand how you mess up orders when they are done online and we select food off of your menu. We also had one delivery order ordered through KFC (not Uber eats etc) and the delivery guy dropped our chicken and fries on the street and delivered the food like nothing happened. Customer service was another nightmare trying to get our order sorted. Avoid this place if you can.
