I was there on Easter Monday and there was a guy with black hair in a ponytail who was at cash and he seemed genuinely friendly and outgoing. He had a smile both times I was at the cash because I had forgotten to order something the first time. The food was fresh, good, and made quickly. They were well stocked for fries in the baskets and seemed ready for the holiday rush. Great service.

The cashier wasn’t a regular employee at this location but he served us with such great efficiency! As a former food service server, one thing I can always appreciate is good communication and excellent interpersonal skills. This guy had it in spades! Kudos on a good hire, NYF!

Visited this saturday, workers were so polite, fast in taking the orders and were so organized. The busiest store in the food court and the fastest serving too. Fries were perfectly cooked and served in less than 2 minutes 10/10

It was an amazing experience for me. I ordered butter chicken poutine and it was delicious. The cashier named Mayank was very nice and helpful. It was my first time there and I was really confused what to order. But he explained the options very patiently and nicely. I loved the customer service there.

Went to this location yesterday and got a perfect combo, the fries were fresh and crispy. Charlie asked me to try the cheese chilly bacon hotdog as it was my first time trying a hotdog at new york fries, he did not charge me extra for it and my order was served in less than a minute.
