Mr.sub

Have been the to store three times and had a decent experience the first time . However the last two times I was absolutely not satisfied with the service I got . My order is simple a regular assorted with extra tomato onion and lots of hot peppers. On the last two occasions the employee just smiled and acted like they didn’t hear my request for extra vegetables. So today I asked again quite clearly for the extra veg . The lady immediately gave me huge attitude and sprinkled a tiny bit more onion on and even less hot peppers. There was no way I was getting more tomato. This is the last time I will be attending this store and possibly any other Mr Sub location . You can see in the picture the bare minimum was given even if it was a regular order.

Amazing customer service with beautiful subs. They also prepare Uber order within half hour and they also protects food well for delivery. There is a wide range of Verity in menu and amazing dessert such as cookies, brownies and much more. You can find a this a best place to spend a time with your favorite person with delicious food to make your day.

I went there Friday April 8 at 3:30 Or so and the Indian or First Nation lady working was very rude. She kept correcting me rudely when I said things like “Italian bread” or “toasted”. She said that’s not the correct term but that shouldn’t matter, she clearly understood what I had to say, and the way that she corrected me was so rude. She rudely yelled at my friend for attention because he was talking to me. The customer service was absurd and I will not be going back there if that Indian lady is working. Although the lady was very mean and rude the food from mr sub is good.

Very clean location Mr Sub is a Canadian great was close to this location so I came by. Had a 12 Inc Louisiana chicken, the chicken was not warm after she grilled my sub was much better. Mr Sub should retrain all their stuff on how to cut the bread of a sandwich. Why is it that the lady working today had to use her wrist and her Palm which is full of hair and not protected by her gloves to hold my bun down to cut it it was hard to eat to the point that I saw her and I had to throw it out. Mr Sub train your employees on how to cut the bread this is the second time it has happened

The first time I went pleased with staff, The next couple times the worker had long hair and having it fly all over the place while making my sandwich. As well as the next 3 times no hair nets on and all with long hair. My food was wrapped awful pickles just thrown in the paper bag for it to soggy and wet. Customer service is not up to par.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location, I called to calmly tell them that everytime I place an online order something is wrong or missing, I said that exact sentence and the response from the manager was “So what did I screw up now”. I was someone who ordered from this restaurant regularly but will for sure never support this location again as there is no reason to be spoken to so rudely when I was simply letting them know something was not sent, the only explanation I got was “during lunch hours things get looked over so thats all I can say”. Extremely rude and did not care to listen for a second, zero customer service skills. Order will ALWAYS be wrong, order with caution.
