Noah's Ny Bagels

Breakfast sandwiches are always made fresh with fresh eggs. Pastries are yummy (go earlier, otherwise they may run out of pastries). Bagels are excellent! Their iced coffees aren't good. They're always too watery, no flavor syrup, no creamer, barely any ice. Better to grab breakfast and make your own coffee elsewhere. Recommend the turkey sausage with egg sandwich and chocolate chip coffee cake. Great place for breakfast any day of the week!

Didn't open on time. Had to wait 10 minutes. Workers got there at opening time exactly. When asked if they had day old bagels she said no. I guess they sell them as fresh bagels or hopefully they give them to a food bank. When asked what type of bagels they had with fruit she said they didn't have any. I notice raison and cinnamon and ordered those. Then I decided to ask if they had blueberry ones and she said yes. I guess those aren't considered as fruit. Bagels were good.

I’ve had Noah’s for the past two Mondays. Our office provides them for our department. I can say without a doubt that the Jalapeño cheese bagel is my new favorite. The bagels pack a flavor and are nice and soft, they also provide a nice cream cheese spread as well. We also order the cheese and berry danishes and they are amazing! Highly recommend ordering from here, it’s great for the office!

Obnoxious girls working behind the counter. Dark haired tall girl blue dye in her hair talking about a customer talking to another co worker about "not in front of the camera" She was pulling out her personal cell phone in the food prep area and all the girls were viewing something.Seems very unclean to have your dirty cell phone out while preparing food. If masks are highly recommended in store maybe putting away your germy cell phone should be highly recommended.

My husband and I just had the absolute worst experience at this store location, I place an order for curbside pick up at 9:45, I called the store twice at 10:09 and no one answered, I told my husband to go inside the store at 10:12 and told him to go pick up the order because they are not answering. he told the girls working he was here for the order and they told him its not ready yet. He waited until 10:35 and the order was still not ready I had to call the store again and they finally answered I asked them where is my order as we have been waiting for almost an hour, and the girl was extremely rude and not apologetic, told me its a minimum of 25 minutes wait, I told her 25 minutes is fine but my husband has been waiting for almost an hour, she continues to be rude. I understand being short staffed, but almost 1 hour for a simple order is not ok, and if you are going to take 1 hour to make my order then the least you can do is apologize and not be rude. Not only that but my husband gets to the car and all of the toasted bagels are cold. And there is 1 item missing. He did not want to go back in because of the way we had been treated already. Store 2162. Please train your staff with basic customer service skills. The camarillo location is where we will go and even if they are also slow at least they are nice.

Not even remotely like a NY bagel. I am from NY this place is a complete joke. Rude kids working behind the counter. And they actually have the audacity to have a note up stating restrooms for employees only! Not even paying customers can use the restroom. I am tired of businesses being lazy. The mask ordinance has been removed the pandemic is on the decline plenty of businesses have their restrooms open for paying customers I think all businesses that do this should be banned until they decide to get their act together! Please do not support these businesses Pay attention people the same person collecting your money also turns around and touches your food and if they're wearing gloves they do not wash or sanitize so it's actually way unsafe practices. But we can't have the bathroom open cuz somebody might get covid come on

I am so disappointed and disgusted and the customer service that I received yesterday I have had a bad experience once before but did not think it was that big of a deal but after spending $200 yesterday on burritos and bagels that I ordered well in advance about an hour when I went to go pick up my food there was a lady there who was very rude and it told me to order ahead next time but in reality I did order ahead when I got there my food was not ready and I still did not say anything I was very kind she told me next time I need to go through catering once I told her I did order ahead I was a little confused she made it seem like she was not going to take my order next time mind you I placed my order at 6 AM and at 6:50 it still wasn’t ready and I did not mind but she was so rude and they act like they don’t need business if it was bagel does not need my business then they should make it clear. GO TO THE ONE IN CAMARILLO! Their customer service is on point and they put the quality in their service. I am the CFO of a company and I can tell you this, Ventura location lacks motivation, thoughtfulness, that personal touch, and the care for their customers that walk through the door.
