I ordered Sweet Onion Steak Teryaki, which it clearly said on my receipt. When I got my sub home, it was the Sweet Onion CHICKEN Teryaki. Disappointing

Awful service ordered online three subs and they messed all three up. The cold-cut was made they add Mayo when it was just oil and added banana peppers and didn’t put cucumbers on it. Then the roasted chicken was toasted when it wasn’t supposed to be and the last one is spicy Italian and didn’t add any banana peppers and didn’t taste anything like it supposed to. Definitely not ordering online anymore

Used to be a 5 star restaurant, but the new manager is a little too self embellished for my liking. Also, I thought that you could have your sandwiches "Your Way", but not here. The owners need to get better management.

There were two amazing workers behind the counter today. It was extremely busy and I said I was comfortable waiting, the woman working on online orders asked her coworker to help anyways. The service here is amazing and I can highly recommend this location in Verona.
