Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They responded and said they wanted to "address what occurred?" They asked that I contact them by phone or website, so I did (phone & website). They have not responded. Not one peep. So they respond to a bad review on Google to make it look like they are responsive, and then they do nothing... or at least that has been my experience. Unfortunately not one bite of my meal was hot. When my son worked at Cane’s years ago they did not cook your food until it was ordered. It took a few minutes to get your food, but it didn’t take long, and everything that was supposed to be hot was piping hot and fresh. Today, I was given my food at the counter before I could put away my change, and neither the chicken nor the fries were hot. They were barely warm. Fresh and hot is much more important to me than fast. Too bad. This used to be my favorite chicken.

Our first experience at a metroplex location more than a year ago found us with dry chewy Chicken on our plate. Today, however, most of the tender was are they more appealing flavor and texture; and the french fries were pleasantly crunchy. We wish that we had seen the addition of coleslaw along with the extra strip in the 4-Piece meal, so we are fairly assured of another visit to partake of the complementary side dish.

I love this place! First off, I love the owner's story of perseverance in pursuing his dream of this business. After seeing a sockeye salmon and a hard hat on the wall, I googled the business. Great story! Then-- the food --- it was delicious. The coleslaw was amazing. The dipping sauce, perfect. And?? The mascot!! Cane! T shirts, hats and stuffies of a golden retriever! Of course my grandie with me got one of each. She loves eating here as much as grandma!

I really enjoyed this place. First time eating at a Canes. I will return. Loved the thin batter crust the most. Sauce was really good and that Texas toast was a nice addition to what you rarely get in a chicken meal anywheres else. I am picky about coleslaw. I compare all of them to KFCs. This one was right up there with them. So it will be always in my orders. Enjoyed the meal guys thanks a bunch.
