Wendy's

Ordered a Dave's triple with large fries, large drink, and a cookie. Website didn't have an option for pickup time and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. (I understand they don't have control over the website, so corporate needs to fix this.) I get there and have to wait 10 minutes to get my order. They were very busy, but also seemed to not have a good shift lead to manage everyone. I think the service here would be very good if they had someone experienced to task everyone out. They ended up forgetting my drink initially and it tasted off when I got it. Fries were hot and crispy, but tasted like they were cooked in old/burnt oil. Burger was hot and delicious. I think this location is struggling with the whole covid hiring issue. If they could hire more people and retain them, I think it would be one of the better Wendy's I've been to. Potential is there.

This particular location is always slow. It's terrible. Maybe they don't understand sandbagging? Recently, we downloaded the app to order ahead, but even that was a failure. We ordered and then drove to the location. After checking in upon arrival I waited 30 minutes in a parking space, then got into the drive-through to ask about my order, which took another 12 minutes. My order was accurate and they said they remade it (could've hit it in the microwave), but in all it took almost an hour for two burgers, two fries, four nuggets, and a drink. No apologies. No comped items.

I frequent a great many fast food joints, because I like trying to recreate their food at home. But that is just a bit of context on why I am writing this review. Simply put 1 out of 5. This is for this location not the franchise. The staff are awful I had one threaten me, when I raised confusion at the cost. Keeping in mind I have had issues with them in the past upgrading my burger to a double. That is instead of the standard single.

It's definitely hard for me to want to go to this place again... My family and I went to this Wendy's last night and waited for almost an HOUR just for us to place our order. We thought it was because of the place being understaffed, but we found out it was because a bunch of people were just standing around talking and b-sing. The lady who took our payment hesitated to give us back our change because it seemed like she wasn't sure or in thoughts about other things. When it came to us getting our food the ladies were standing there and they kept opening the window saying random things them closing it. They didn't fill ANY of our cups up all the way and we had 4 drinks. They gave us the WRONG order. One girl seemed like she was wanting to come out swinging from the window because she had mistaken our for someone else's... I'm not sure what was going on last night, but the staff needs to be spoken with for real... oh and they also didn't give us a receipt so even if we wanted to go back and tell them that our order was wrong we wouldn't be able to prove it at all.. so either way it sucked. Probably not going back for a while. All I could keep thinking is that we should have went to Taco Bell...

Just sat in the drive through with 4 kids for almost an hour from start to finish. Took 30 min to get to order. Then sat waiting for fries for 15 min while the kid at the window wandered around and ignored me. By the time I got my fries all my frosties were melted. No more! Wendy's, this place either needs new management or just shut it down. I watched at least 10 cars drive out who waited too long. Losing money like crazy with incompetent staff.
