Subway

The staff member who made our sandwiches was really friendly but we were surprised 2 meals cost $30, we never spent so much at a subway. The staff member did not mention gauc was extra and I got a wrap with only veggies (no cheese or veggie patty), shouldnt gauc be included? The food did not have any flavor and ended up throwing half if the wrap away. We will not be returning

My problem is not with the food but with how a supervisor treated me as well as his employee. The woman making my sandwich was doing a fine job when he suddenly bulldozed in and started asking me "yes,and?" While throwing vegetables on my sandwich without care. Meanwhile, she just stood there because there was nothing else for her to do. They weren't busy, I don't know if he was "training" her, but he treated her with such disrespect that I spent the time eating my sandwich watching just to see him do it again and again. Very rude. I hope she finds a different job.

I am a Bariatric Patient, that means my stomach cannot fit more than 4oz of food. I came to this subway and asked to have a veggie party by itself without bread or salad the guy said it will cost me $6.00 and i said that it was fine. I was willing to pay for it. I saw the guy was kind of making fun of me in his language, but that was fine i didn’t care, then i asked for them to put the veggie party on a plate so i can eat it with a fork he said that it will cost me $8.00 just put a veggie party on a plate? Are you serious? By this point i was already very disappointed and aggravated even the person next to me said is he out of his mind? Next thing was we got into an arguing and when i asked him his name he was screaming that was the store owner and that he did not care if i complain. His name was vijay or something like that. I was a Manager in a subway at EWR term A and i know exactly how things work and i know exactly how a customer and a employee need both to be treated. P.S i always carry with me my Bariatric Patient identification.
